Tutorial: Bronze Smokey Eye

Hello my loves!

I finally have things all set up here and we are back at it with the tutorials! I am so excited:)

I’ve been trying out a lot of new combinations lately as to keep my makeup exciting for work. I have lots of new favorites and go to combinations so let’s dive right into it.

I used my Naked palette and have really liked this combination. It has some bright shimmer to it, but also blends out really soft at the edges.

imageI love this palette so so much! I’ve said it before, but the more I use this the more I love it. The colors honestly blend so well, and they are just smooth and creamy and wonderful! Hope you enjoy this look!

I used Virgin on my brow bone and I applied it using my pinky to my inner eye to highlignt.

I first applied Naked to my crease on a big fluffy brush to act as a transition color between the dark of the lower lid and the highlight of my brow bone.

Then I took Half Baked and put it all over my lower lid on a flat sided shadow brush to really pack on the color. Be careful to not let this color go above your crease and get too far into where we blended the shade Naked. After that take Smog just in the outer third of your lid and start blending it into your crease lightly with a blending brush. Add as many layers of this as you want to get your desired look. I went over it a couple times slowly adding color until it was a bit darker.

For my lower lash line I took Buck and blended and blended until it was really subtle and soft looking. After that I added Darkhorse to make it deeper and a little more smokey, but totally optional. I really liked how it turned out and I wanted a bit more intense of an eye so I added a bit to my crease as well.

Let me know if any of you try this combination our for yourself:) I’ll try and get another post up in the morning as a fun FOTD –see you all then!
